Symptoms   SharePoint site with K2 Form Viewer web part. After switching the account in SP Online, the K2 account of the previous user stays active.   Solution Issue has been fixed in 4.7 March 2018 CU FP7. https://help.k2.com/kb002355   If you have the fix applied but the issue is still persisting, make sure of the following: Please use K2 Form Viewer to select the required Form from the list instead of adding the form URL into the web part properties manually, so the form URL should look like the following example: https://[TenantName]-[AppID].sharepoint.com/sites/[AppcatalogSiteName]/K2FiveforSharePoint/Pages/FormViewerAppPart.aspx?SPSiteURL=https://[TenantName].sharepoint.com/sites/[SiteName]&WPQ=_WPQ_&WPID=_WPID_   Selecting the Form/View from the list below resolves the issue

  When running the below command on the silent installer of the K2 Language Pack:   SourceCode.SetupManager.exe /NoUI /silentlang de   It will fail with the error in command line:   "Execute AppCmd.exe with arguments: set config "[K2SITENAME]" /section:globalization /uiculture:de Process Output: ERROR ( message:Cannot find SITE object with identifier "[K2SITENAME]". ) Done executing AppCmd.exe. When you create a SharePoint List with the name “Length” and you create a package with K2 Package and Deployment and then deploy that package an error is presented on the Map Service Instance page.   The following error occurs: “Length cannot be less than zero. When using the  Workflow Rest API  in your Javascript file, the following issue may occur when loading that page:   "Failed to load https://[site]/Api/Workflow/preview/workflows/?_=1523444398270: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'https://[site]' is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 400."   Please view the related KB article here.

Symptoms How to set permission on Custom Workspaces ? Diagnosis Currently it is not possible to restrict access to the Custom Workspaces for the specific users. Solution If you are using a form link when configuring workspace,  you can restrict the access to the form using K2 Management.   Go to K2 Management> Categories > select the Category > select Form You can Add /Remove Form Authorization to the users from the Security section, Please follow the documentation on Form Authorization for more information: https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2five/userguide/5.0/default.htm#K2_Management_Site/Catagories/Forms.htm#Form_Authorization   When the users who are restricted to access the form, click on the Custom Workspace link, an error message will be displayed: "Form 'FORM NAME' could not be found. When trying to deploy a package on your environment, the following error appears:   This package was created on a version that is no longer supported on this target Environment. In order to deploy this solution to this target environment, upgrade the source environment to align with the same version as the target and repackage the solution. When you upgrade to K2 Five from K2 4.7, you may experience the following errors in the log files:   Script execute failed: System.Exception: Script execution exception: Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Common.ExecutionFailureException: An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Violation of UNIQUE KEY constraint UQ_Category_Data_Data_DataTypeId_SystemId.
