How to limit the access of Workspace in K2 cloud?

I saw a thread about this topic in K2 Five, but what about in K2 Cloud? How to set up a customized workspace for certain group of users while the other users group won’t see this customized workspace in K2 Cloud? Thanks.

Hi @JennyZ,

As far as I know, you cannot limit the access of a custom workspace itself. If you use a form link when creating your custom workspace, the workaround is to simply deny the user from the form itself (restrict the user via management), so when they click on the form, it will not open.
