In the Time Management SmartStarter, the process was built to capture granular details on how an employee spent their time over the course of a week and be reviewed by the submitting employee?s manager. The application was designed to be generic and may need some modifications in order to comply with specific implementations.
The Time Management Form submitted by a company employee captures the necessary details about the week. Once submitted, the form is forwarded and a task is assigned to the employee?s manager. The manager can decide whether the details in the form are enough for approval. If the manager thinks there needs to be revision, the form can be routed back for rework.
