How do I troubleshoot someone else's worklist items?

Is there a way I can view someone else's inbox in their K2 workspace to see what tasks they have assigned so I can troubleshoot something. If there's an alternative way to do it in K2 Management then that's fine. I don't really want to go into every workflow we have to see, just want an overview.

Hello Martin



 



1. You can go to K2 Management > Users > Task List



 



2. You can filter based on workflow or add the FQN of the user under "destination"  (added an attachment so it's easier to visualise)



 



3. Click the search button



 



4. It will show all active tasks against that user

Hi,


 


You can login into workspace using the other person's credentials (assuming you have permission), then you will be able to view the tasks assigned to that user. If it does not let you logout of your K2 workspace , you can try opening workspace in an incognito tab where you should be requested to enter login credentials. Hope this helps.
